startup bootcamp toowoomba

Startup Business Bootcamp 2017 provides the insight into the key steps needed to build a successful Startup. We provide the support to help you find a viable,  sustainable, business model.

The main idea in this activity is learning how to rapidly develop and test ideas by gathering large amounts of customer and market place feedback. Many Startups fail by not validating their ideas early on with real-life customers. In order to mitigate that, you will learn how to get out of the building and search for the real pain points and unmet needs of customers. Only with these can the entrepreneur find a proper solution and establish a suitable business model. October 2017 see’s us launch Start an Ecommerce Business Bootcamp

AIM – Accelerating Innovative Mumpreneurs

The female focused AIM programme is available to anyone, not just mums.  It encourages innovative entrepreneurship and builds the capability and skills required to start a new business. Participants will focus on their own business idea and determine the steps needed to achieve their business goals. By engaging with experienced business partners and mentors, the elements of a robust Business Action Plan will be developed by the entrepreneur over an 8 week period, following the outline of the Lean Canvas Model.

Weekly group Business Plan sessions will foster collaboration and inspiration, as well as the opportunity to discuss methods of overcoming obstacles. Each weekly session will also include a Harmony component, which will focus on maintaining a healthy balance between work and family.

Each entrepreneur will also receive 1 hour of personal mentoring each week to ensure they are progressing in line with their goals and objectives; provide capability support to fulfill their commitments and developing a strategic Business Action Plan.
